According to "Genealogical and Family History of Central New York" by William Richard Cutter, Willis married twice. His first wife was Katherine Squires with whom they had Emma. Katherine died 2 Jan 1883 "without issue". He later married Jennie Van Voorhis on 10 Sep 1889.
